Kensington Collective is a perfectly situated co-working and warehousing space designed around the needs of small to medium size businesses with office and warehouse requirements.

At Kensington Collective we care about your business needs and aim to help you grow through providing an affordable solution without needing to worry about long term commitments and all the extras. No excessive overheads and outgoings. We take care of all that so you can focus on your business.

For instance, a sole trader might prefer a single desk space with a smaller storage unit, while a larger business with more employees might prefer their own office and a larger storage unit.

OUR LOCATION

 

Kensington Collective is housed in a truly iconic historical building with loads of character! It is definitely a wow factor with its unique charm and use of space. It is an inspiring red brick building with wide wooden floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light.

 

Kensington Collective offers our tenants the confidence of operating their business from a great location. It is perfectly situated just a few kilometres away from Melbourne CBD and is easily accessible to main road arterials.
